Computer & Network Engineering graduate with practical experience in IT support, network troubleshooting, and shared storage. Currently training with BlueRays Holding on the Saudi TV project, supporting Windows and macOS users and media archive operations.

I work at the point where people meet infrastructure: reconnecting shared drives, resolving device and account issues, and helping keep archived media organized and accessible. My experience combines workplace IT support with hands-on Linux and private-networking practice. I bring a methodical approach to troubleshooting and a willingness to learn the environment in front of me.

Support a 200 TB QNAP NAS environment for video footage, editing projects, promotional content, and graphics. Organize archives, retrieve historical assets, and manage user accounts and access permissions.

Storage capacity recovery

Assisted in transferring approximately 20 TB of archived data to a Google-based cloud storage platform, helping free capacity on the primary storage system.

Windows, macOS & network access

Resolve hardware, software, application, and access issues. Configure and reconnect shared drives, including manual IP and account reconfiguration after network changes.

Onboarding & IT operations

Assist with account activation and Microsoft Authenticator MFA/2FA, set up biometric access, document device specifications and peripherals, and coordinate software subscription or credit renewals with IT management.
